PreKindergarten Teachers (2012-2013)

Canterbury School is seeking applications for teaching positions in its prekindergarten program, which will begin in the fall of 2012.  Inspired by the Reggio Emilia philosophy of early childhood education, Canterbury anticipates that the program will have two classes with roughly sixteen students in each section.  The program will begin at 8:30am and run until 12:30pm for five days each week, with an after school option for interested families.  Candidates should hold a Bachelor's degree (a Master's degree is preferred) and should have at least three years of teaching experience in early childhood education.  Interested candidates should submit a cover letter, resume, and three references to Lower School Director, 5400 Old Lake Jeanette Road, Greensboro, NC, 27455. Middle School Math & Science

Canterbury is seeking a dynamic candidate for a full time 6th grade math and science position. Independent middle school experience is preferred.
