Financial Assistance
Canterbury believes that qualified students should be able to attend
the school regardless of ability to pay. All families (grades K-8) are
eligible to apply for financial assistance. Admission decisions are made separately from financial assistance
decisions.
Canterbury sets aside a pool of funds from its operating income to provide grants up to 90% of tuition and fees per child. These grants are awarded on a need basis. For the 2008-09 year, $505,129 was awarded to 19% of the student body. Families interested in information about the financial assistance process should contact the Admission Office or the Head of School. All applications and awards are confidential.
